2010 = A healthier Me

I too have recommitted to not only exercising more this year, but to contribute to this blog as well. Melissa I am so grateful for this blog for the chance we have to be held accountable for not only working out but living a healthier lifestyle. For a chance to cheer each other on and help motivate one another to be healthy in 2010.
So here are my goals:
Work out 6 days a week
Eat 3 servings of Fruit and 3 servings of Vegetables each day
Watch less TV and move more
Write 3 things I am grateful for each day
Drink at least 48 ounces of water per day
