I had a hard week last week. I had a hard week with eating good, feeling good, and some emotions came up recently.
First, I did go running for about 1.5 hrs on saturday. Not straight running but I probably did about 3.5 miles. It was such a gorgeous day that I ran outside on some paths through the town. It was nice weather, clear blue skys, and I just felt good running. It was a little harder running outside because the pavement is harder, there are hills, and it is not a steady pace. BUT I loved it! It felt good and it helped me to destress a little.
I am just having some hard times but I will be just fine and keep running! It has helped me so much to exercise-mind, body and spirit!
Tomorrow I have off of work because I worked 12 hours today and so I will start my day with a hard workout! ANd I am so excited for it!
