Today... success

Little by little! I told myself I was going to easily run 4 miles tonight, and I did. Well, it wasn't easy but I did it. And I feel better now that I did!

How are you guys doing with workouts?

I've walked on my treadmill for an hour every day (minus Sunday - never work out on that day) since the last weigh-in. And I've drank tons every day too, along with a multi vitamin and eating smaller portions and more often. So, nothing too crazy, but definitely jumped right into the game.

Now this next part is what is crazy to me. I felt AWESOME on Sunday and on my own scale I had lost some great weight. Then, mother nature came to visit and it's like I've gained it back and then some! I think I'm retaining all that water BIG time. I'm freaked out now to weigh tomorrow because I'm afraid even after all this good work, I'll have nothing to show for it. I just hope that means the next week will be more accurate and will show an even larger amount of progress....but it sure is hard to stay positive and motivated when you feel all bloated and yucky even after eating well and walking over 3 miles a day.

Well, I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings...
