I started taking the medication for my PCOS last night and I felt so sick after taking it. Today when I woke up I still felt a little nauseated but decided to still workout today. I wanted to run 3 miles today, but once again I just didn't do it. I ran for 2 miles and couldn't go much more because I felt nauseous and so I started walking. I walked for a little bit and decided to do the bike for 10mins. Probably not a good idea to keep going but I just felt like i could do a little more. So, I biked for 10 mins-2.5 miles. I am having a hard time getting to my 5k! But I will just keep trying. Saturday is a new day.
