Good workout and yummy dinner!


Last night I ran 3.1 miles again and then added 2.5 miles on the bike! I felt so good and I am getting very addicted to working out! I love it and I feel that the hour that I am at the gym is my time! My goal for the end of this week 3.5 miles and 3 miles on the bike.


Stats: Run 3.1 miles

speed 4.6

Bike 2.5 miles


Total workout time: 60 mins.


Also, I wanted to share a yummy dinner I just ate! And it is so simple.


Rotelle Chicken
3 chicken breasts

1 can tomato green chile rotelle

1 can chick soup

1/2 can water

Combine in crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours

Spaghetti Squash

Cut squash in half, clean out seeds, cook in microwave with 1/2 cup water for 12 minutes.



I ate the chicken by itself and put a little butter and salt on the squash. It was so DELICIOUS and very filling. I love spaghetti squash but have never been able to cook it and this was so easy!
