Biggest Loser Begins!

Ok, all of you that know me, know I LOVE the Biggest Loser! And tonight was the start of the season! This season is going to be soooo good. I am watching it as I type and I just am so excited! It helps me to focus on what I am trying to accomplish. To be healthy and lose weight! In the first hour they had a man fall to the ground and taken to the hospital. It was an eye opener to everyone on the show and to me. It is scary to know that, that could happen to me. Also, they said that 300,000 people die a year beacuse of obesity issues. How scary is that? Something as simple as exercising 3 times a week and eating less can prevent that. It sounds so simple, right? Well I know it is not for some of us... especially me. But it is possible!

This is why I started running 11 weeks ago! yeah! I am feeling good and I am getting better. Tonight I ran 2 miles on the track and then did 2 miles on the bike. I wanted to run 3 miles tonight but my heart rate was getting a little too high and so I decided to slow down and then do the bike. I worked out for 45 minutes straight. So, that is definetly an accomplishment for me.
