I ran 25 mintues straight... again. After Wednesday's run I was a little worried about running today. But I didn't have any trouble breathing and my heart rate did not reach 180. And I felt great.
Now for my eating habits.... well we still need to work on those. I am just trying to get through the holidays.

Next week my goal is to run 2.5 miles instead of going by time. At this point I should be running 2.5 miles in 25 mins but I am not quite there yet. So I am going to try to run 2.5 miles straight.

Great job! I knew you could do it! Sometimes I just have a bad day, too. It totally stinks. But bad days happen! I'm proud of you for just jumping right back into it.
