Starting

Ok, So I stole this idea for a blog from my friend Kera. I hope she doesn't mind but I had to do something to help me along! I have been trying to lose weight for the past... well my whole life really. But lately I have been told many times that to have a better chance to get pregnant I needed to lose weight. So, last month I finally started on a regular exercise program. I haven't done too well with eating better but at least I am exercising! Around the holidays, is not the time to start eating better! But I have tried to cut back and eat not as many sweets.

Anyways, this is a more a blog for my own accountability-to track my weight loss and exercise program. But if anyone that is reading this has good websites, healthy recipes, inspiration, quotes, or advise...PLEASE share with me! Or if anybody would like to join in on the blog for their own accountablity, I would love to share the blog! (It might get boring with just me!) I know.. the last thing we all need is another blog to look at or write on but I never write in a journal so these are my journals.


I am also going to have Goals every week and then will see how I do!



My OVERALL GOALS:
1. Lose 48 pounds
2. Exercise 3 or more times a week
3. Get pregnant
4. Change my eating habits for life!
