I did it! I ran 25 minutes straight! And man it was tough!
THe first 10 minutes is always hard for me.
10-20 seemed like it was much eaiser and went by quickly
But 20-25 mins.... I had to keep talking myself through it. And it didn't help that at 21 minutes I hit my IPOD and it fell. SO I left it on the ground because if I stopped I wouldn't be able to finish. It was a struggle but I succeeded!

IPOD: Dave Ramsey:Financial Peace Podcast- I know some might think I am crazy but it actually was so much better than music. I just might have to download more podcasts and books. It went by much faster with that than music for me.
I still have 3 more runs this week. I told myself I have to run 4 times since I missed saturday.
It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?

Before you know it you will be running a marathon. That is how I started. I have run 2 half marathon's and will be running another one in May. You will do awesome, and you will feel great!
Yeah!! Great job! Very impressive that you even left your ipod because it fell! Now that's dedication. :) I'm serious, it just gets easier from here! Building up is NOTHING compared to starting! You're doing so great.
You are amazing. I have been going to the gym lately and I can not un for 25 min straight! I think I would pass out! But then again, I have never tried. Maybe I will give myself a goal to at least run 20 the next time I'm at the gym. Thanks for inspiring me!
